    Returning the product: After receiving the refund authorization, please safely return the product to our designated address. Since you will be responsible for the return postage, please choose a shipping method with tracking to ensure that the package can be delivered safely.
    Processing Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method and the processing time is usually 5-10 business days.
